We introduced a personalized follow-up service in 2003. Since then, our success rate has increased to nearly 90% of successful treatments, with an additional 5% of cases which scored progress.

During the first weeks of the treatment we call each family that ordered the Pipi-Stop. The conversation we have helps to create a relationship based on trust all through the treatment and to provide a thorough follow-up.
